Living Stones Church has thrived in Reno, Nevada, for over a decade. Despite planting churches, its main downtown Church was still in a rented space. When a building went for sale by the river, church leadership decided to pursue the opportunity, not just for a bigger facility but for a chance to increase community impact through a shared, activated community space. Ministry Solutions Group was there to help every step of the way.

Chase Oaks Church partnered with Ministry Solutions to rethink how their building could serve the surrounding community, shifting their focus from what the church needed to what East Plano needed. Together, they created the Local Good Center, a community hub offering ESL classes, a food pantry, clinic, legal services, and meeting spaces while still functioning as a church on Sundays.

Even successful churches have to take next steps. For NorthPoint Church in Johnston, Iowa, years of growth left them wondering if it was finally time to invest in a community center. Ministry Solutions Group helped them discover that they already had the real estate and resources needed to accomplish that without a separate building.

Raleigh North Christian Center partnered with Ministry Solutions after outgrowing its existing facility and realizing its original building plans were not the right fit. Ministry Solutions helped redesign the project to better meet the church’s needs while keeping it affordable, ultimately saving the church several million dollars and helping them successfully break ground on their new facility.

Grace Community Church had spent 20 years without a permanent home, meeting in schools while continuing to grow and serve its community. Ministry Solutions helped them develop a clear plan, find and negotiate an affordable property, and design a new space that could support their worship, ministry, and outreach needs.

Journey Christian Church partnered with Ministry Solutions to transform an old Costco into a welcoming church space designed to serve both believers and people new to church. The project expanded to include a 9,000-square-foot student ministry area with small-group rooms, fellowship spaces, and improved acoustics, allowing the church to better serve its growing community.
